Is it possible in Rhino Inside to add elements to existing groups, something like add group member function?

Apologies for the confusion, I meant Rhino Inside Revit. I am working on an algorithm that creates plaster around rooms in Revit. These rooms are grouped, and I was wondering if there’s an option to filter the groups (selecting one of each type) so that the plaster is inserted directly into the group, or added to the group after creation. The issue of plaster itself is irrelevant here, but the question is whether it’s possible to create elements and add them to an existing group in such a way that their location remains unchanged?

Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of Revit API support for groups…
It’s a pity, but thanks nonetheless.
