A thank you note

It’s getting close to X-mas and time to spread some love, so I just had to remind you guys that you make one heck of a program!
It’s easy to forget to praise you enough when deadlines are near, so remember this when we nag to much!

Rhino is versatile, robust and expandable like beyond comparison.
It has a ton of hidden gems that you take the time to tell us, over and over again.

So to all of you: Thanks for the massive and hard work you do.
Thanks for listening to us, and for sharing your knowledge. For your patience and your humor.

I second this and am glad Holo said what he did … I love Rhino and Brazil and feel blessed to have such wonderful software to play with. I am just completing my first high precision metal work in nearly forty years and thanks to Rhino I could build and rebuild until I was pleased with what I had floating around in the brain. I quite being a machinist in 1978 so I could pursue a life doing things creative so its fun to be playing with machines again.

Thank from this end … All my best … Danny

Hi Jorgen - thanks for the spread -

And thanks, as always, back at you, and to all here - what used to be called the Newsgroupies but now must be Discoursers, I suppose, for all your feedback and support. Keepin’ us on our toes, for the most part.

i definitely appreciate all of @marlin’s work with rhino for mac… i’m pretty sure if it weren’t for him, i’d never of used rhino… it’s such a sweet piece of software for what i do and it’s letting me design things that i don’t think i’d be able to build (or maybe even visualize) without it.

fwiw, i met a lot of the mcneel people out in seattle this past summer and i’m still surprised at how much the company seems interested in their user’s input… i just haven’t dealt with a software company like that before. it’s awesome.

Thank you For Rhino3D. As I tell people, Rhino3D has the best user interface ever deployed in a 3D program. Even if I can only model most things, I feel like I could model anything if I worked at it. Rhino3D is such an versatile program that I want to model everything, things I have no vested interest in, just because, now I can. Rhino3D is may become PhotoShop of 3D modeling. The community is great, too.

I know that I am a little hard on the staff sometimes, but I hope you all understand that my heart and head is in the right place.

Sorry, but I also have to join in in the thank yous.
Just an amazing program, in my case a life changer. Gave me the opportunity to work in aerospace for the last 15 years now and I also became a university teacher since I teach it to the younger generation. Not sure what I would be whithout Rhino to tell you the truth. Just an amazing program with amazing people and service . You guys rock at McNeel and associates.

All the best

Alex

I also want to thank you guys for an amazing program… but most of all for the support that comes behind it. That is what makes working Rhino not just a 3d modeling tool, but a community of creative people sharing information in a caring and supportive way.
