3d solid model of contain empty space

Hi guys,
I want to create 3d solid model. 3d solid model of contain empty space.
“A” model drawing in Autodesk Revit. it solid and contain empty space.
I want to make it in rhino but it couldn’t.
Boolean operation (difference) and surface modelling methot not use.
Is there any methot in rhino or grasshopper solution?

You can use the NonmanifoldMerge followed by the CreateRegions commands for this. Then delete the object that represents the void.
