2D Waffle Structure BrepBrepX Issue

Hi there,

I am using this tutorial to attempt to create a 2D Waffle structure from an overall Brep modelled in Rhino/Grasshopper but have 2 issues,

1. One boundary surface isn’t being created
   

   

2. Listing item for top, middle and bottom of the BrepBrepX curve is mixing points for top, middle and bottom, and therefore the cutting spheres aren’t being created
   

   

I have been basing my grasshopper script on this tutorial
