Zoo Licensing error

Hi, I’m having problems adding a rhino 5 license to the zoo. I followed all the instructions on the setup wiki page but I get the following error: -


I downloaded the zoo diagnostics app –it said everything was working fine. How can I fix this?

There may be an issue with your license key. You might want to call in to our technical support staff (206-545-6877) for assistance.
