I am working with k2 Engineering and setting maximum iterations for the zombie solver 10e3, but it only makes 10 iterations and stops and actually it does not reach equilibrium so it needs more iterations.
I tried the live solver, seems working better but sometimes it almost crashes the file !
I don’t also think it is a threshold problem since I changed it but no difference.
One thing I noticed, when I disable the goals of Rod and bar for bracing of the structure it reaches 390 iterations!
any help will be really appreciated
What have you set your threshold value to? I usually use 1e-15 but sometimes you have to go to 1e-20 to get the simulation going.
If that doesn’t solve your problem, you’ll have to upload an example file.
