When I open TestPackageManager in Rhino 6, it takes about 30 to 45 seconds to load the windows.
My internet connection is otherwise not that horrible (should be around 250mbit), is there anything that I can do on my end to fix this?
I also noticed that fetching data is quite slow. On my computer takes 10-20 seconds.
Besides that YAK is awesome!

There’s nothing you can do unfortunately. In Rhino 7 the Package Manager should load much quicker and generally feel more robust and responsive – if you notice otherwise please let me know!
