Wrong `Move Y-` command icon + Wish

Hello,
The Move Y- command has the same icon as the Move Y+ command.

I thought it wasn’t a big deal, so I decided to just rotate it.
Unfortunately, the icon editor doesn’t allow this kind of operation.
It would be useful to have rotate and mirror functions in the icon editor to avoid exporting to another software and then re-importing the rotated image.
