Will there be a native script editor for Rhino + GH like in the windows version? I know that there is a workaround with Atom, but it would be awesome to be able to use it natively in Rhino…
Are there any plans for that? Would that cause a lot of work?
There are plans for this and it is a lot of work. We don’t have an estimate on when this will be done. I hope we can have it completed for V6, but I also don’t want to make it the one thing that holds up shipping of V6 Mac.
I am just curious and my knowledge about programming still very humble, but why does it require so much effort? Because it is like a additional standalone software program?
