You could add in Rhino 6 dynamic range (with handle) with the following command: extend srf, extend crv on srf? It would be much more comfortable.
Also, when will be implemented editing of the curve on the surface? (for now only exists as a project labs).
I’d also like that many commands were added interactive preview, many software now contemplate this possibility for almost all the most important controls.

And select vector or reference in a on screen icon(handle) not in the command line area.
