No hope to have a command, to me useful, “Blend Curve adjustable on the surface”? It would avoid having to run each time the annoying projection operation of the curves on the surface.

If you have History turned on, any change to the original curve will be updated onto the projected surface. You can use EndBulge, or just point edit the original curve.
