WISH: align hatch with cplane button

This is neccessary when working in rotated cplanes. Guessing rotation value is bad idea to align the hatch.

There should be a button to align with cplane + additional rotation

To use the Python script use RunPythonScript, or a macro:

_-RunPythonScript "Full path to py file inside double-quotes"

this is also related to other topic where we discussed isocurves orienatiton with mergecoplanar, cap etc. lot of functions just work with world cplane not anticipating user can be working in any cplane.
