WIP Section Tools: Linewight or layer ordering by distance from cut line

Is it possible with this tool to automatically assign layers and/or lineweights based on the distance from the cutline?

A lot of my workflow previously involved exporting a make2d section to adobe illustrator then assigning lineweights manually based on the distance of each wall/object from the section cutline; essentially creating the illusion of depth in a 2d drawing. I see the WIP tools usually assign the section cutlines to a layer and then other backround lines to another, but curious if there is another option for this that I am missing.

Not sure if this is implemented in the WIP tools and I just can’t find it, if it is available via plugin to download, or if this is just not possible yet.

At this point the lines are not sorted by depth. So there is no way to do this based on built in functions. A script would have to be used to rearrange lines based on depth.
