I’m doing a simple wind analysis for a projet in school and I’m running into a problem when doing my simulation. There seems to have a imaginary box around my model (whitch is not present in rhino model space). Any clue what it could be?

I’m guessing that’s the “wind tunnel”; ie.: the area (2d) or volume (3d) within which the wind flow is simulated. Have you read the documentation for your simulator in detail?
