Why can't I uninstall Rhino 8? I have tried several times

There is a bug in 8.25 and I need to wind it back. I can’t post any reports because it no longer runs

Iy is still installed because if I click the old shortcut I get this:

Even running a PowerShell Script to remove the registry entries doesn’t work.
