Hmmm… and Finland
Yes please, let’s start an apple flamewar.
i feel nostalgic for the 90ies.
Sweden here.
Renaming Rhino to “Moose” or “Reindeer” perhaps would sell more in Sweden and Finland.

it is repairable, you are just not allowed officially.
yeah… the 1% rule

Just like FormLabs. They would charge you 2000 bucks for replacing a sensor worth 12cents in a Form2. I replaced it myself (go on and sue me, FormLabs ), but all this security 1-wire protocol s#§% reverse engineering, hard coded resin tanks time usage limits, the limited pseudo open-source “LabMode” bullcrap, 10x more expensive excessive resin prices etc. etc…
I’m ditched them and went with our Chinese friends directly this time. Very happy about it. 300 bucks printer working absolutely perfectly (with some homemade mods) and even faster, instead of 7500 for the form3.
SolidScape was EXACTLY the same… their T76 and T66 where absolutely great. their latest printers burried them, because they’ve been managed to death. Wax more expensive, parts more expensive, but quality was horribly bad due to extreme production costs reduction.
Why is every product that was good (and made by real engineers) being managed/cost-optimized to death?!? Damn greed.
Rhino seems popular in boat design, I see many individual designers and small companies use it, along with Orca.
+1 from Canada

Germany. Learned it in uni and then sticked to it.
