Where are the files used in the tutorials?

The tutorial “Rhino 6 Lesson 02 Basic Navigation.mp4” starts by telling me to open a file which I think (the audio is indistinct) is called "Rhino 6 Lesson 02 Basic Navigation.3dm.

Try as I might, I can’t find this file. Where is it (and all the others I expect to be asked for)?

No JP, those are links to the tutorial which I already have. What I am looking for is the file you are supposed to load when working through this tutorial.

BTW: I am into Mechanical Design.
