When I render something only the lines show

Hi, I have been trying to put my project in render view however when I do so only my lines are showing even though I haven’t changed any on the settings. I’m not sure if this is related, but all my hatches are the color as well even though there in different layers, again not changing anything. I opened my computer and both were being weird.

If anyone could help that would be great. Thank you!

Hi Kylie -

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the output here.
Attaching a 3dm file that we can troubleshoot always helps a great deal as well!

Hi Kylie,

You are running into issues rendered due to the lace of Video Card Memory, our System Requirements specify 4 gb, you can get away with less, but not for graphics intensive workflows such as rendering.

So how would I fix that?

This is how its looking now, but it’s still not showing shadows even though the sun is on. And lines on the building are still showing up.

My friend also has Rhino8 and his is using 2 GB and his is working just fine so I’m not sure if that’s the issue.

Can you post a file exhibiting the behavior we can look at? Thanks
