What is the difference between Hops and clusters?

I tried 0.4.4 just now, and after setting the path, nothing happened (no i/o appeared in the component); it seems to run, as it will say that it ran once, etc., , or throw an error (BullAnt appears to not be happy being referenced via Hops…).

It does look like there are issues with bullant. I’m going to try and investigate what is going on this week. The bullant issue was also reported at

Can I have multiple outputs (GH_OUT:name)?
Should they be grouped separately or as one?
[as one doesn’t allow too much flexibility]

You can have as many GH_OUT:name outputs as you want. The rule is that they must be basic param types (text, number, integer, mesh, brep, curve…) and that you must have one param per group as the group name is used to define what the output name is in Hops.

No, Hops ships with a compiled copy of compute that it launches.
