Water rendering issue

I am a relative newbie to rhino and am trying to make a basic rhino render using default materials. It is essentially a pool, with the default material as the structure, default glass material in the hole cut outs on the bottom, and default water material with an image colour texture as a volume to fill the pool.

When it comes to rendering, the points of contact between the water and other materials have a ‘streaky’ appearance. If possible could anyone explain what is going on and how to fix it. Thanks

even if you use nurbs, the objects will be displayed through a mesh. what you are seeing are gaps between those meshes. you can try to increase the render meshes from each object but most likely the best to avoid this is to clearly intersect the entire objects witch each other, meaning to enlarge one of the objects usually the ”water“
