Hi,

VisualARQ 2.10.2 is now available for download.

This is a minor release that solves a critical crash reported by users. Please report any problem or suggestion here or send us an email to visualarq@asuni.com.

Here is the list of changes:

  • Crash
    • #10435: Fixed a crash when opening a file with an annotation style using a font that is missing on the computer (Rhino 7.5 or greater).

Hi VisualARQ folks,
I installed the latest update 2.10.2 and it seems to fail to load when I start Rhino. Could you provide a link to the previous update (2.10.1) which was working ok on my system?

Hi @tanoble,

We do not provide installers for previous versions. Moreover, any VisualARQ versions before 2.10.2 will crash on Rhino 7.5+ when opening a document that contains texts with a font that is not installed on the system.

Can you describe which error are you seeing?

Please, make sure that “Tibidabo” and “VisualARQ” plugins are both enabled in the pluing manager (Rhino > Options > Plugins).
