The file does not open on computers where visualarq is installed and if it opens it crashes or hangs frequently

At your request, Isent a download link of the model that does not open and crash frequently
I sent it by email to the address above

It is important to note that the file does not open when visualarq is installed, but on a computer that does not have visualarq installed, the file opens easily

I’ve answered by email. It seems VisualARQ 2.11 has these issues already fixed, so I’ve sent you the installer to the latest build by email.

Hi Enric Thanks for the quick response, the file did open but is still crashing quite a bit.

hi Enric , the update is excellent, the file crashes were the result of files being damaged by all the crashes before. When I tried a few versions before it came back working fine. And thanks again
