Hello all. Can anyone confirm if the VA3 to Revit Gh is updated on food for rhino? I had issues with older components.

Hi @asisintel you should be able to use VisualARQ 3 Beta running inside Revit with the definitions available on food4Rhino. There are some warning messages regarding a few components, but they should not affect the workflow.

It should work on Rhino 8 as well.

@fsalla The command Revit to VA is not working here. I am using RIR latest version and Revit 2024. It is showing this error.
Hi @asisintel is VisualARQ loaded in Rhino? Try to open Rhino, make sure VisualARQ is loaded, and then push that script in Revit. Let me know if that fixes the problem.
Have you tried the script in the other direction (from VA to Revit ?). Does that one fail too?
I have tried everything. The otherway around is working.

i have the same Problem, no data from Revit to Rhino with that script.
The other direction from va3 to revit works fine.
At one single try it was possible to get lines from Revit, but no objects and styles.
My configuration: Revit 2024, Rhino 8 with RIR curently Beta and VA3 Beta.
Hi @Lars_Munkes try the latest VA 3 Beta 8, it fixes some issues related to running VisualARQ inside Revit with Rhino 8: Beta - VisualARQ

i am quite working with the actual beta.
I think the scripts have to be adapt to Rhino 8 may Revit 2024 and their newer python or other changes made for Rhino 8.
I hope the ifc4 and the scripts for exchange between rhino and revit will be fine when you publish visualarq 3
