I have been reporting this over the past couple of months, but it is still there.
When navigating/zooming in and out, geometries disappears depending on zoom level or orbit angle, which makes it hard to model. Please see below movie clip.

Have you tried changing the antialiasing and tessellation settings in Rhino Preferences > OpenGL?

Hi Wim,
I turned off gpu tessellation off, then it goes away. My graphic card supports OpenGL 4.1, and it should work with gpu tessellation on, shouldn’t it?

I had similar issues when running on the integrated intel GPU with gpu tessellation turned on. The intel implementation of OpenGL is buggy as hell.
It should, but we’ve found that some drivers don’t work as advertised. If GPU tessellation worked on all cards that reported 4.1 or higher support, we wouldn’t have to add the checkbox to turn it off.
Macs in general don’t seem to do a good job of supporting GPU tessellation with OpenGL in the way that we would like to use it.
