Hi.
If I active any Named Cplane and do right-click on elevation viewports such as Front or Right view, right-click is changed from “pan” to “rotate.” It looks like views are changed from 2D elevation to 3D perspective. Is Rhino supposed to work this way or do I miss something?

If you ask me, this is how it is supposed to work, yes. When you put, e.g. the Right viewport into a World Cplane, the CPlane becomes unavailable in that viewport. To be able to do pretty much anything in that viewport, you will need to rotate the view.
