Hi Daniel, yes, managing a project by Phases of construction is a feature on our roadmap. I add your vote for it!

It would be helpful if there is a somewhat flexible level of control on the phases or scopes. For instance, not only Existing, Demolition, & Proposed, but also being able to control it by scope like Base Building, Interiors, Tenant Fit-out, etc.
We could make our own phases for whatever it is with the ability to turn on and off the visibility and interaction with other objects of different phases.
