V6 ideas request

Hi there

I have some concepts regarding V6 WIP

1 - project timer that helps calculate the time spent on the project

2 - an online cloud where Rhino users may share their models and items

3- Rhino Android and apple app

I know some of them might require alot of work but I just wanted to mention them so they can be taken in consideration

Just wanted to comment that a project timer that sits outside of the drawing area and could be stopped (for lunch, let’s say) and started again would be terrific. I use my android phone with a timer app to do this now, but to have it in Rhino and have some options for it would be simply great.

Totally! I bill by the hour and often have 2 or 3 projects going simultaneously so anything to help me keep of track of the hours would be welcome.

And … I could set it to tell me to get my ass up out of this chair every hour for a walk around the office.

Sounds like a great idea for a plugin!

This has been asked for repeatedly, but storing and securing user’s files on the cloud is not one of our main competencies.

Have you tried iRhino3d for iOS? What kind of functionality would you expect from such an app?

I don’t use iOS … I expect it to similar to Autocad 360 on android

iRhino3D is a .3dm file viewer. There is no object creation functionality.

There used to be at least a couple of solutions, but they no longer seem available. Here’s one, Food4Rhino |. You might want to contact the developer and see if he still has the app.

Can I get Tetris built-in, so I can play it between trimming surfaces and decimating pointclouds?

This tetris thing should come by default in Rhino6.
