Using button with list item

Hi all,

Is there a way to use buttons to control the index of “list item” component?
The way I use list item is by a slider.
But I would like to use it with two buttons instead (Forward & Backward)

Propably there are some other smart component that does just this?

Here is what I was actually looking for if anyone has an interest later on.
First time use, then you need to press the reset button in order for sticky to get a value.
