hi,
Is there a way to use areas elements (from revit) as geometries ? The idea would be to use those geometries inside rh/gh and do operations on them.
hi,
Is there a way to use areas elements (from revit) as geometries ? The idea would be to use those geometries inside rh/gh and do operations on them.
Here’s the example
https://www.rhino3d.com/inside/revit/beta/guides/revit-spatial#getting-spatial-element-geometry
Ok it worked, but they (the areas) are at a random scale … I really don’t understand why… Is that something that have already happened to someone else?
not sure, but i do know that Rhino Inside likes the units to match the revit. If the revit file is Feet/Meters then the Rhino should be Feet/Meters as well, vs the typical inches/mm.
Thx
Gonna check that, but I’m from Belgium so we are not using imperial units
And moreover when I’m linking the walls they are at the right scale, but the areas aren’t
