I know UnrollSrf might give some problematic results on surfaces with double curvature but thought I’d just send this in to have a look at. The rest of the surface looks fine but just in this one place there is this wonky edge:

Strangely enough, I opened my own file and tried again without changing the file tolerance en now it works perfect.
