Unable to use nesting

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has experience with nesting surfaces in Rhino 8, could you please review my code snippet and error message to provide guidance on resolving this issue?

As a workaround, transform geometry to mesh.

I’m looking for parts that I had divided to place in a sheet for CNC cutting.
I’m able to solve the above problem, using mesh edges, but now I’m unable to optimize efficiency in saving the sheet, using Galapagos.
I’m trying to achieve the maximum utilization of the sheet.
