I just tried radius of .249, and it worked.

Maybe that’s a clue to some setting I overlooked??

.2495 works, too!

.250 worked for the other 2 corners :upside_down_face:

Which command are you using? What version of Rhino? Fillet and FilletCorners with radius = 0.250 work for me.

Could you please try this in Rhino 8? The issue you reported does exist in Rhino 7. You could first explode the polycurve and then attempt the fillet command. Thank you.

Exploding first worked. I only have R7.
