Hi Dan - I suppose that the question at hand is what is missing in Andrew’s tutorial video? That clearly mentions all the required components that one should use in any Human UI definition.

Apart from that, there’s an important rule: Don’t hook the output of a value listener into the input of a “Create” component:

If you read the error message on the add elements component, you’ll see you’ve broken the first rule of Human UI: Don’t hook the output of a value listener into the input of a “Create” component. Adjust Human UI element size to UI window size

This is an indication that you have broken the cardinal rule of HumanUI – Use “Create” components only with static variables, and use “Set” with dynamic variables to update the created components. Look for places in your script where you are changing the values going into a Create HUI component, and remove those inputs and use a corresponding Set component instead. Cheers, Marc
