Hi, I have a model that is a small enclosure 14cmx10cm with hole cutouts with panel mount plugs placed in it.
Doing a single shot render the image turns out fine, while doing a turntable some the of plugs give an impression of moving up and down giving the resulting video a very wobbly look.
The different items are on different layers for the appearance, and they are not part of the same block as I exploded block when the model was imported. Not an expert on Rhino I just use it for rendering/Grasshopper.
Is there something that could cause the weird wobbly effect due to how I have the model setup?
since rhino is not even able to move objects in an animation, this must be the camera following a strange path for some unknown reason, so I would try running SetTurnTableAnimation again and see if that gets it sorted
beyond that I would try saving a copy of the model to a new file, then remove all the geometry and replace it with a few simple shapes, and see if it still occurs – and if so, upload that model here, so we can take a look
Issue on this was the imported document had the units set to M so the precision was wrong.
I adjusted it to mm and updated the precision and the wobble went away.
So user error on this one.
