Steps to reproduce:
- Import a custom hatch in an empty document.
- Create a hatch object with the new hatch.
- Put the hatch object in a block.
- Delete the block instance and block definition.
Now, the custom hatch cannot be deleted from the options page. (It appears to be deletable, but it comes back if the page is reopened.)
Purge doesn’t purge it.
HistoryPurge doesn’t unstick it.
If a script is used to delete it from the hatch table, a dialogue is created saying the pattern is in use (even though the document is empty). Saying “yes” to also delete any objects using the pattern doesn’t actually delete it.
Saving, closing, and reopening the document doesn’t remove the hatch, but it does unstick it so that it can be deleted normally.
