Trim Tree on lists

Hei,

I have been consistently facing some issues with the trim tree component when i happen to be feeding lists into it: many of my definitions need to be agile and treat either trees or lists depending on my input data. I have managed to build definitions working for several depth of trees but as soon as im feeding list, nothing works because of trim tree.

One workaround would be to feed “0” in the Depth parameter, but it can be very cumbersome on big definitions with many “trim” components. Any other workaround?

Turn this into a cluster and replace all trim trees with it?

This is a good idea, ill probably save it in my toolbar then!

Thanks!

Hi
You can also use treesloth’s shift paths:
