Ive recently changed our domain into a new one and I cant find how to change the domain inside shape diver … How can I transfer it into the new domain ?

You can simply replace your old domain with the new one in the embedding settings of your account. If you are part of an organization, this must be done by and administrator or owner in the embeddings settings of the organization.
Note that, after updating a domain, it might take a few minutes before it applies to your models. You can speed up the process by editing your model; after saving, the domain will be applied along with the updated model settings.
