Hi John -
I see that the latest comment in RH-71088 points to a thread where a user found a way to make the trackpad respond again:

Trackpad Rotate &/or Pan Not Working

I’ve found this works for me: Type Zoom, press Enter/Return Drag the cursor as you would normally Trackpad works again.

Does that do anything on your end?
