We are encountering an issue when uploading a model to ShapeDiver. We’ve spent several days reducing and compressing the meshes to ensure all are under 15,000 polygons (as we read that this should resolve issues related to the 20MB geometry output size limit). However, we keep receiving the following error:
Error
The total size of the geometry which your model attempts to display exceeds the limit supported by your account.
Model uuid: 9e07faa9-a69d-4ce6-b77f-2dfbf88ad084
Model guid: fba31c14-e28f-40e7-b91d-a24e076c2dc0
Make use of the Tolerance Settings in your definition. Otherwise, the servers might be working on different tolerance settings, which can in particular lead to very different mesh sizes depending on how you handle the meshing of your geometry.
