Toolbars disappear then reappear when clicking onto any other program

HAVING A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. WHEN I CLICK BACK ON RHINO IT GOES BACK TO NORMAL. IS THERE ANY WAY TO MAKE THIS DESIGN FEATURE NOT HAPPEN?

Hello - floating toolbars disappear when Rhino loses focus - that is by design. If you do not want this to happen, put the following macro in your startup commands (Options > General page)

_TestHideOnDeactivate _No
