The middle mouse button pop-up command isn't working in Rhino 8

The toolbar specified under Properties > Rhino Options > Mouse > Middle Mouse Button > Pop-up Toolbar in Rhino 8 is no longer appearing.
I believe an update is the cause of this issue.
Please look into a fix.

The shortcut menu I set up on that screen no longer appears when I click the middle button.

I think it might be related to the update.

Is it working for everyone else?
