Tapered circular tube surface along an arc center line?

using Rhino 7 for Windows, is there a way to create a tapered circular tube surface along an arc center line?? thanks

Hi Art - I’d use Sweep1 here, with ‘Global’ shape blending as set in the dialog.

Align the cross sections to matching Quad points (OSnap) on the circles.

thanks for jumping in so quickly!! “Global shape blending” is greyed out and can not be selected…? what do I need to do to unlock “Global shape blending” ?

Hi Art - you need to select both circles as input, with the arc as the rail… ? Feel free to post the file.
