Symbol description is not displayed

Hello to all! When I move the mouse over a tool, a small window pops up with the description. In my case, the window is displayed, but unfortunately no description. What could be the problem? I have already tried resetting to factory settings and reinstalling Rhino. Unfortunately, nothing helped.

Hi Felix -
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Thanks, Felix -

Does this behavior change when you disconnect one of the monitors? You’ll have to restart Rhino when you check this.
-wim

I have now tried it, unplugged the screen, closed Rhino, restarted the PC. Unfortunately no change.

Thanks for trying that.
I don’t think I’ve seen reports of this issue before, which would mean it’s probably something specific to combinations on your machine. Two other things that you could try: (1) update the GPU drivers for the RTX 3080 (check the Rhino Notifications panel to see if there are any links for updating the drivers), and (2) disable the 3rd party plug-ins and restart Rhino.

Thanks!
