Sweep 1 Rail issue

Good evening. In Rhino 8, I’m using the Sweep 1 Rail to create a solid and its giving me 2 errors with awkward results.

If I keep Untrimmed miters active the result is the following:

If not, it comes separated in 3 parts with extra burrs

It was working properly before I changed the curve to be in position it needs to be. Would have anyway to fix it?

Please post the offending geometry (rail and sweep shapes) - it’s hard (aka impossible) to tell from a screen shot. My initial guess would be that there are either kinks or stacked control points in the rail curve.
