Support for textures in GH2?

Just checking on this topic: having Materials with Textures and Mapping available in Grasshopper.

Roughly, as an input, could be:

  • Material Name,
  • Texture for Color,
  • Map type: Surface, Box, Cylindical
  • XYZ Position and Rotation
  • XYZ Size

And Output to bake the Material with the Texture Link.

When texturing for architectural design is best to avoid repetion of small textures or textures having the same UV maping. Grasshopper could help here by applying textures with different parameters for many objects at the same time.
