Sub-objects selection mode changed?

Am i the only one missing the old sub-object selection mode? Specifically when doing SubDs. Since a week or so i noticed i cannot exclude sub-objects from selection with CTRL-click as i always did. It was handy to me.

Now trying this does clear the whole selection, forcing to start selection over. Excluding with window + CTRL works but is not as good as the edge picking was. I found no setting for this, maybe allow user to choose the desired (de)selection mode? Cheers

The use of Ctrl to clear all current sub-objects selected is by design but there was a period of Rhino 8 service releases where that wasn’t working. To deselect individual sub-objects, use Ctrl+Shift.
