Strange display color issue

Hi,

my client send me this surfaces and ask me for help, but I can’t find a solution. How can he get the big surface blue like the small one? From the back side it’s more wrong.

It’s a problem in Rhino 7 and 8. Looks like a bug.

Select the object and run RemovePerFaceColors.
