Stl:Default Export File Format,possible?

Can it be done with save small, through a macro.

Probably not a good idea since so much information is lost in creating the STL mesh.

Best practices suggests:

  • Check the NURBS model to make sure is closed and solid
  • Run the Mesh command to create a mesh from the NURBS model
  • Check the mesh to make sure it is ‘good’, and in the rare case where it has problems, fix them.
  • Export the checked good mesh to STL.
