Split Surface Panels - Need urgent help

Hi all !

I need urgent help. Red lines represent panels on rhino surface. How can I get each panel as a surface extracted from 2d lines somehow? File created by someone else and this is just a part of the huge model …

Select objects to split ( Point Isocurve EdgeLoop ): selsrf
