hello dear @hiron , i have some fundamental questions i work by wallaie and i am curious to learn tunny. thanks in advance.
First of all, I want to know if there is a selection method in Tunny? I checked the dashboard but I didn’t find anything. For example, in Wallacie, there are 4-5 methods for selecting genes. In the optuna dashboard, in the third tab, I saw that some trials were highlighted as the best, but what is the best based on?
The output section only has pareto solutions or trial-based selection manually. But for example, I want to select the best solution in a variable in the dashboard and transfer it to the output. But there seemed to be no way.
Or in NSGA2Or algorithm, there is a number of generations and also a number of populations, the multiplication of which is equal to the number of solutions. But in Tunny, I saw that the number of trials option can be a number and the population in the settings is also a number; but the number of solutions was only equal to the number of trials.
In the optuna dashboard, in the third tab, I saw that some trials were highlighted as the best, but what is the best based on?
The best is shown on the pareto front individual. The best here is the best in the without consideration of constraints.
The output section only has pareto solutions or trial-based selection manually.
Sorry, but the dashboard only functions to check the results.
You will need to have the required trial numbers typed in one by one.

Tunny’s GA calculations are performed by dividing the number of Trials by the number of Population to calculate the number of generations.
For example, if Number of Trials is set to 110 and Population to 20, the calculation is performed up to the 10th individual of the 6th generation (110 ÷ 20 = 5 remainder 10).
